Obituary
Shella Tang, devoted and loving mother to Michael and Amy, and beloved wife to her late husband Perry, passed away peacefully with loved ones by her side on March 11, 2019.
Born in Hong Kong, Shella was the eldest of five children. She met the love of her life while studying physiotherapy at Hong Kong Physiotherapist Training School. As a physiotherapist at Ruttonjee Hospital and Cheshire Home, she was dedicated to restoring the mobility of many stroke patients.
In her early retirement years, she developed a passion for learning traditional Chinese and classical instruments. Shella was involved in many music groups and church choirs, and had the opportunity to perform in a number of countries around the world, using her beautiful voice and music to enrich the lives of others.
Shella faced all kinds of adversity with strength, wisdom, and grace. When her late husband passed away, she successfully raised two children who will always be so proud of her. She was a cancer survivor and always lived life to the fullest.
Shella befriended and touched the lives of many, and will be loved and missed forever.
