Pastor Charles E Mousseau 19532019

Pastor Charles E. Mousseau
1953-2019
MOUSSEAU CHARLES E. … At the Charlotte County Hospital on
Tuesday, March 26h, 2019; Pastor Charles Edward Mousseau, husband of
Shureen (Chappelle) Mousseau of St. Stephen, NB. Born in North Bay,
Ontario, Charles is the son of the late Lawrence & Rita (Allure)
Mousseau.
Charles has been a dedicated servant of God for many years. He
gave his life to Jesus almost 30 years ago and has worked tirelessly
over that time spreading God’s word through his wonderful
ministry. He and his wife Shureen have raised a family together and
dedicated their lives upon moving to St. Stephen where they have
worked hard building a community of faith in the New Zion House of
Worship.
His vocation as a Pastor was so important to him. Charles also
enjoyed old classic cars, touring around to all of the car shows he
could find to admire the vintage cars. He had a great love for the 68
Ford Custom which he was able to own and drove around in. Charles was
a tremendous hockey player in his youth. An exciting time; as he was
being considered for an NHL draft. Charles loved the sport of hockey
and was always following closely the stats of his favorite team, the
Toronto Maple Leafs. He had a passion for construction and could be
found over the years helping friends in need to build houses.
Surviving in addition to his wife Shureen are his children, 3 sons
Micah, at home, Isaiah (Kai) of Halifax, NS, and Andrew Mousseau of
North Carolina, 4 daughters, Rebekah Hikel (Justin) of Barter
Settlement, NB and Sarah Murphy (Ryan) of Halifax, NS, Jessica and
Erin, both of Ontarion and grandchildren, one brother Greg (Barb) of
Powasson, ON, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Charles was predeceased by 3 brothers and 3 sisters.
A celebration of the life and ministry of Charles will be held on
Saturday, March 30th, 2019 at 1:00 pm Gateway Cathedral, West Street,
St. Stephen, NB. A reception will follow in the church hall.
For those who wish donations in memory of Charles may be given to
the Charlotte County Hospital Foundation Dialysis Unit or the Zion
House of Worship Soup Kitchen. In the true spirit of Charles ‘
faith putting the word of God in someone’s hand by donating to
Gideons International or by doing an act of kindness for someone in
need would be most appreciated by the family also. On line condolences

We have many fond memories of our cousin “Charlie” when we would visit our Aunt Rita and Uncle Lawrence in Powassan. Please accept our deepest condolences and may you be comforted by the outpouring of love. We take solace here in knowing that he was surrounded with the love and happiness of his close family, friends and ministry. Rest in peace Pastor Charles.
