1937 – 2019
It is with deep sadness that we announce
the passing of our mother and grandmother, Maria Silva, on Thursday, March 7,
2019, with her family by her side, at Whitemouth Personal Care Home, after
battling Alzheimer’s Disease.
She was predeceased by her husband
Norberto, four sisters and her parents.
She is survived by her children, Maria
Celeste (Frank), Tony, Norbert (Sandra), Leo (Diane) and Danny (Barb); six
grandchildren, Michael, Nicole, Nathan, Greg, Marena and Alyssa; and two
great-grandchildren, Zavier and Amaya.
The family would like to thank the staff
at Whitemouth Personal Care Home for the care and compassion shown to our mom.
Funeral Liturgy will be celebrated on
Wednesday, March 13 at 1:00 p.m. at Sobering Funeral Chapel, 1035 Park Ave. E.,
Beausejour, MB.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Maria’s
name may be made to the Alzheimer Society Manitoba.
