Passed away on Monday March 11, 2019 age 73 years. Leonid ‘Leo’ Deker of Long Sault. Beloved husband of the late Beverley (Ferguson) Deker. Loved father of Will Deker of Montreal. Cherished brother of Viktor Decker (Nadja), Valentina Deker and Luba Deker. Dear uncle of Michael, Nadia, Alycia, Amelya, Anthony and Daniel. Predeceased by his parents Basil and Anna (Ploschenko) Deker. To honor Mr. Deker’s wishes, cremation has taken place. A service in celebration of Leo Deker’s life will be held in Trinity Anglican Church Cornwall on Saturday March 23, 2019 at 2:00pm. Committal to be held in the spring at St. Lawrence Valley Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations to Trinity Anglican Church 105 Second Street, West Cornwall, Ontario K6J 1G4 would be appreciated by the family.
