Lawrence Lucier
Suddenly on March 1, 2019 at 81 years of age. Devoted husband of 61 years to Patricia (Nee Grondin). Loving father of Debbie Dent (Terry Bell), Lou-Ann Lucier (Lucille DeSousa), Chris Lucier (Karen), Robert Lucier (Tammy). Proud Pipi of Daniel, Patrick, Sarah, Kyle, Dana, Shane, Lisa, Cody, Rusty and 15 great-grandchildren. Son of the late Jacob and Anna Lucier. Dear brother of Hector (Delores), the late Albert (Pauline), Joseph (Giselle), Leo (Dorothy), Ernest (Jeanette), Alfred (Donna), Donald (Marnie), Jan (Leonard) Marontate and brother-in-law of Stanley (Sheila) Grondin. Also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins. Will be missed by Big Boy and Buddy Boy. Lawrence was the proud Co-owner of Unique Drainage LTD., Lucier’s Unique Clock World and Countryside Disposal Services Limited. He was a Lifetime and Charter member of the McGregor Sertoma Club and member of the Es County Gas and Steam Engine Museum.
As an expression of sympathy, Lawrence’s family encourages you to perform an act of kindness in his memory.
Visiting Wednesday March 6th 2-5pm, 7-9pm. Family tribute Wednesday 8pm at Families First 585 Sandwich St. South Amherstburg (519-969-5841). On Thursday March 7, 2019 Friends are invited to meet at St. Clements Church McGregor after 10:30am followed by Mass at 11:30am. Interment at Heavenly Rest Cemetery.
