Hurtubise, Gloria (nee Carlson)
April 28, 1936 – February 28, 2019
Peacefully with family at her side, Gloria went home to be with the Lord. Loving wife of Horace for 55 years. Mother of Faye and Ken (Mary). Special Grandma of Kayleigh. She was the daughter of the late Emil and Ina Carlson. Lovingly remembered by her sisters Lillian Haug (the late Carl) and Elina Bouchard and her brother Elmer Carlson (Maureen) and (the late Rosaline), as well as sisters in law Eleanor Carlson (the late Ernest) and Catherine Carlson (the late Evald). Predeceased by siblings Edwin Carlson (Mary), Gladys Carlson, Rose Tulloch (Sam), Irene Allen (Leonard), Eddie Carlson, and sister in law Thelma Carlson. She will be missed by the Hurtubise family as well as many nieces and nephews.
Mom loved her family and her friends. She enjoyed visiting and company… any excuse to put the coffee pot on. She was a steady presence and remained devoted to her family, always ready to help when needed. A faithful member of Spragge Bible Church where she joyfully played the piano for many years. She will be greatly missed.

Family and friends are invited to visit at the Spragge Bible Church on Saturday, March 30, 2019 beginning at 11am. Celebration of life to begin at 12pm with a light luncheon to follow at the church.
