It is with broken hearts that we announce the peaceful passing of Frances on March 4, 2019 at the age of 95. Reunited with her husband, Frank (1998) with whom she shared 52 years of marriage. Loving mother to Rudy (Linda) Seider, the late Walter Seider, and Rose MacDonald. Frances will be missed by her grandchildren, Lisa (Rodd) Davies, Carine (Scott) Schofield, Carl (Karen) Seider, and their families, as well as Walter’s children.
