How does one say goodbye to a woman who was loved by so many? It is with great sorrow that we announce the unexpected passing of Fay Marie MacPherson at the age of 83 on Wednesday March 27th with family by her side at the Georgian Bay General Hospital in Midland. Fay was predeceased by her loving husband Donald MacPherson, survived by her children Cindy Snider and her husband Gary, Ron MacPherson and his wife Lisa, Rick MacPherson and her adoring grandchildren Paige Chisholm (Tom), Karen Henderson (Jamie), Scott Henderson (Barbara), Ashley MacPherson (Matthew), Ryan, Malcolm, Emily, and Cade MacPherson, step-grandmother to Brianna Trudeau (Erik), Laurier Snider (Sally) and her precious great-grandchildren Sierra, Savannah, Jaxson, Finn and Henslie. Fay always put her family first, she was a kind and generous wife, mother and grandmother, not only to her own children and grandchildren as there were many that held her in such high esteem and considered her as a second mother to them. Fay was a wonderful loyal friend to many but will be missed especially by her longtime friend Eleanor Carter. Fay will be greatly missed by family, friends and her two sisters Maxine and Janet. Fay is gone, but will never be forgotten. There will be a Celebration of her Life on Saturday April 6th, 2019 at Chartwell-Tiffin House, 105 Pillsbury Drive. Midland, Ontario from 2pm to 4pm.
