It is with great sadness that the family announces her passing in Sudbury, on March 11th, 2019 at the age of 78 years. Daughter of the late René and late Jeannette Gaudreau (née Rivet). Loving wife of 63 years to Norman Labranche. Cherished mother to Michel Labranche (Lorraine), Monique Démoré (Robert) and Guy Labranche (Anne). Beloved grandmother to Josée Démoré, Mélanie Pilon (Alain), Guy Démoré (Jessica), Caroline Landry (Neil), Benoit Labranche, Catherine Labranche (Max) and Stéfanie Labranche. Great-grandmother to Astérix Pilon, Marcus, Merik, Maeva Démoré, Marshall, Randall Landry and Jeremie Labranche. Sister to the late Gérald Gaudreau, late Lorraine Proulx (late Ernest), Roger Gaudreau (Suzanne), Richard Gaudreau (Suzanne), Hélène Bélanger (Normand), Maurice Gaudreau (Pauline) and Diane Pinard (Hector). She will be sadly missed by all her relatives and friends. In keeping with Carmen’s wishes there will be no visitation. A funeral mass will be held at St-Dominique, Sudbury on Saturday, March 16th, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. Donations can be made by cheque or online to the Northern Cancer Foundation or to the Heart and Stroke Foundation. www.cooperativefuneralhome.ca
