Passed away peacefully on Tuesday January 22nd, 2019 at the age of 87.
Predeceased by his wife Kathleen in 2003 and his son Kevin in 1985. Bill is survived by his daughter Karen Bowden and her husband David of Courtice.
Grandfather of Bryan and Lindsay and her husband Will.
Great grandfather of Etienne and Shaelynn Giguere.
Predeceased by his brother Dennis Murphy (surviving Myrna).
Private Family Funeral will be held at Barnes Memorial Funeral Home, 5295 Thickson Rd. N. Whitby on Friday morning (January 25th) with interment to follow at Groveside Cemetery, Brooklin.
If desired, memorial donations to the Alzheimer’s Society of Durham Region would be appreciated.
