Annie Slyziuk of Dauphin, Manitoba passed away on Saturday, March 9, 2019 at the age of 102 years.
A Funeral Service will be held for Annie on Saturday, March 16, 2019 at 10:00 am from St. George’s Ukrainian Orthodox Church in Dauphin, Manitoba with Father Brent Kuzyk officiating.
Interment will follow in the Riverside Cemetery in Dauphin, Manitoba.
Should friends so desire, donations in memory of Annie may be made to St. George’s Ukrainian Orthodox Church in Dauphin, Manitoba.
