It is with great sadness that the family announce the tragic death of our son, brother and uncle; Stephen Harvey, age 38 years on Thursday, February 7, 2019. Predeceased by his father, Doug Harvey and his grandparents, Marie and Bud Escott and Ruby and Al Harvey. Stephen leaves to mourn, with loving and cherished memories, his mother, Lynn Harvey; sisters, Katheryn (Jed) Kieley, Karyn (Keith) Guinchard and his nieces and nephews whom he truly loved and cherished, Brooklynn and Mason Guinchard and Faith and Grayson Kieley; his girlfriend, Catherine Weir as well as a large circle of aunts, uncles, cousins and close friends. The family would like to thank first responders on the scene in Witless Bay. Resting at Caul’s Funeral Home, LeMarchant Road. Cremation has taken place. Visitation on Sunday from 7-9pm and Monday from 2-4pm and 7-9pm. Funeral Mass will take place at 11am on Tuesday, February 12, 2019 from St. Kevin’s Church, Goulds with inurnment to follow at St. Kevin’s Cemetery. Flowers gratefully accepted or donations in Stephen’s memory may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation.
