Mrs. Margaret Beatrice Brown (nee Mitchell)
May 10, 1934 – February 23, 2019
It is with great sadness that her beloved family announces her peaceful passing on Saturday, February 23, 2019 at the Anson General Hospital, at the age of 84 years.
Loving wife of 67 years of Harry. Cherished Mother of Brian Brown, and Wendell (Kathy) Brown. Lovingly remembered by her 8 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren. Margaret is also survived by her sister-in-law Georgette Mitchell, and her brother-in-law Bob (Marilyn) Brown as well as numerous nieces, nephews extended family and friends.
She was predeceased by her parents George and Rebecca Mitchell (nee Warner), and her brothers; Charles Mitchell, Stan (Glenna) Mitchell and Edward Mitchell.
Family and friends may call on Saturday, March 9th, 2019 from 11:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. at the Porquis Agricultural Hall for a Celebration of her Life. In Memoriam donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or to the Anson General Hospital Foundation – Palliative Care Room and would be appreciated by the family.
