Passed away on Saturday, February 16, 2019 in Toronto at age 76 years. Sadly missed by his family and friends. Visitation will take place at Ridley Funeral Home, 3080 Lake Shore Blvd. W., (at Fourteenth St., between Kipling and Islington Aves., 416-259-3705) on Tuesday, February 19, 2019 from 7 to 9 p.m. Prayers will take place at 8:15 p.m. Private cremation to follow on Wednesday and Funeral Mass will take place on Thursday, February 21, 2019 at St. Teresa’s Catholic Church (Tenth St.) at 4 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations to any of the following charities in Mr. Kociuba’s memory would be appreciated by the family.
