Ilija Malbasa
MALBASA, Ilija – On February 12, 2019 at the Greater Niagara General Hospital, at the age of 97 years. Beloved husband of Slava for 65 years. Dear father of Milan Malbasa and his wife Slavica. Loving grandfather of Vanja (Milica). Ilija will be missed by the Macesic, Vujic, Cvetkovic families and Kumovi Mrmak.
Family will receive friends at MORSE & SON FUNERAL HOME, 5917 Main Street from 2-4 & 7-9 pm on Thursday February 14th. Pomen will be conducted at the funeral home on Thursday evening at 8 o’clock by the Rev. Fr. Milorad Delic. Funeral will be held on Friday morning at 11:30 o’clock at the funeral home, and then to St. George Serbian Orthodox Church, 6085 Montrose Road, where service will be held at 12:00o’clock. Interment at Lundy’s Lane Cemetery. As an expression of sympathy, those who wish may make a memorial donation to St. George & St. Archangel Michael Serbian Orthodox Church.
