Douglas Donald Halpenny
HALPENNY, Douglas Donald – Passed away peacefully at Millennium Trail Manor on Tuesday, February 19, 2019 at the age of 87. Beloved husband of Marion for 63 years. Dearly loved father of Blaine (Marcia) Halpenny and Dawn (David) Tonet. Cherished grandfather of Tyler (Kaitlin) and Adam Tonet, Breanna (Matt) Halpenny, and Rebecca Gibson (Will Conte). Proud and loving great-grandfather of James, Devon,and Jacob. Cremation has taken place.
Family will receive friends at MORSE & SON FUNERAL HOME, 5917 Main St. visiting on Friday from 7 to 9 pm. A Memorial Service in Celebration of Douglas’ Life will be held on Saturday at 11 am at the funeral home. Interment will follow at St. Davids Cemetery. In memory of Douglas, memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society and would be appreciated by his family.
