Donald L. Gage, 73, passed suddenly on Wednesday, February 13, 2019, at his Sherwood Park home with family by his side.
Don was Born April 29, 1945, in Wendell, Idaho, USA.
Don is preceded by his mother and father, Floyd, and Nadine Gage.
He is survived by his wife Lorrie (Erma), his children, Robin, Ken, Shannon, Matthew, and Sarah. His 16 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, and his siblings, James, Catherine, and Cheryl.
Don served his country in the US AIR FORCE as a Military Aircraft Mechanic and also had many hobbies including, hunting, fishing, woodworking, and was always willing to pass on his extensive knowledge to anyone that wanted to listen.
Don loved his family and enjoyed reminiscing about the good ole days like living up the Alaska Highway and running the café/gas station/motel with his parents.
The family has decided to forego a funeral service but will announce a “Celebration of Life” gathering at a later date.
