Avis Beatrice Maxwell passed away at the University Of Alberta Hospital, Edmonton, Alberta, January 30, 2019 at the age of 79 years.
The Funeral Service for Avis will be conducted from St. John’s Anglican Church, Lloydminster, Saskatchewan on Wednesday, February 6, 2019 at 2:00 PM.
Donations in memory of Avis may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or Canadian Diabetes Association.
