Warren “Dan” Green
October 9, 1948 – January 24, 2019
Passed away surrounded by his family on January 24, 2019 at St. Joseph’s Hospital in his 71st year. Loving husband of Deborah. Cherished father of Jason and Jennifer (Dan). Dear grandpa of Matthew and Amber. Survived by his siblings Shirley, Marilyn, John and Carol. Family will receive friends at CRESMOUNT FUNERAL HOME, 322 Fennell Ave. E., on Monday, January 28th from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral service will be held on Tuesday, January 29th at 1 p.m. in the chapel. Interment to follow in White Chapel Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, donations made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be greatly appreciated.
