Steven Eric Grasse
1952-2019
It is with heavy hearts that the family announces the passing
of Steven Grasse of Geary on January 27, 2019 at the Dr. Everett
Chalmers Hospital. Born November 17, 1952 in Fredericton Junction, he
was the son of the late Eugene and Irma Grasse, and husband of Susan
Grasse.
Steven leaves behind his wife of 45 years, Susan; daughters
Sabrina (Robert) Case, Sherry (Augustus Howlett) Grasse, and Samantha
Grasse; granddaughters Jasmine and Jayden Howlett; brother Duane
Grasse; mother-in-law Reta Carr; brother-in-law, Claudie Carr
(Patricia Hodgson), and Special cousin Dolores Whalen. Steven was
predeceased by his parents.
Steven worked as a labourer for the department of defence for
35 years. He enjoyed fishing, reading and coin
collecting.
There will be no visitation. A service of remembrance will be
held at the Oromocto Funeral Home Chapel on Friday, February 1, 2019
at 11:00 am. For those who wish, donations in Stevens’s
memory can be made to Canadian Lung Association.
