Obituary of Slawomir “Slav” Dyla
Peacefully passed away, surrounded by his family, at Southlake Regional Health Centre, Newmarket on Monday, January 7, 2019 at 32 years of age. Beloved son of Marek and Elizabeth. Loving brother of Marcin (Adriana). Proud uncle of Adam and Marcus. Slav will be lovingly remembered by his family in Poland. Friends will be received at Skwarchuk Funeral Home, 30 Simcoe Rd., Bradford for visitation on Wednesday, January 9, 2019 from 11 a.m. until the time of a funeral service at 12 noon followed by cremation. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Lions Foundation of Canada Dog Guides, Muscular Dystrophy or Sick Kids Foundation.
