At the Prince County Hospital Summerside on Monday January
21, 2019 of S. Joan Cole of Clinton View Lodge, Clinton and formerly
of Spring Brook aged 77 years. Born in Long River July 2,
1941 daughter of the late George and Norma (MacKenzie) Paynter. Wife
of Wesley R. Cole. Mother of Connie (David)
Reeves, Linda (Bob) Crozier , Barb (Denis) Dunn and Stephen
Cole (Cheryl). Grandmother of Ryan, (Rachel), Jeremy and
Rick Reeves (Jocelynd Doucette), Robbie (Carrie), Chris (Lacey) and
Linden Crozier and Jason and Rachel Dunn. Step-grandmother
of Courtney (Noel) Graham and Brittney Gill. Great
grandmother of Lilly, Charleigh, Bria Reeves, Gracie and
Austin Doucette, Ethan, Callie and Annabelle Crozier.
Step-great-grandmother of Cole Gill, Kaiden Arsenault and
Blake Gill. Sister of Herbert (Margaret) Paynter, Gladys Stavert, and
Brenda Baglole. Sister-in-law of Mollie Paynter Also
surviving are several nieces and nephews. She was
predeceased by brother Douglas Paynter, sister Muriel (Norman) MacRae
and brother-in-law Albert Stavert.
Resting at the Davison Funeral Home Kensington for visitation
on Friday from 1-3 p.m. Funeral Friday at St. Thomas Anglican Church,
Spring Brook at 4 p.m. Interment later in the St. Thomas
Anglican Church Cemetery. If so desired contributions may be made to
the St. Thomas Anglican Church.
