WILNEFF, Robert Evan “Bob”
Passed away on Tuesday January 29, 2019 in Scarborough. Bob Wilneff of Scarborough and Chemong Lake in his 82nd year. Bob was born in Nova Scotia in 1936. He left the East when he was 19 and began working as a Chef in Toronto for two years. Following this he enjoyed a 31 year career with Dow Chemical. Bob will be remembered as an avid gardener. Special friend to Paul Hickey. Loved and missed by his brothers and sister, Laura Frank (Wilbur), Lois Veinot (the late Earle), Elva Feener (Roger) and Gary Wilneff (Glenda). Also missed by his sisters-in-law Mary and Ruth Wilneff and several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his siblings Lester, Murray (the late Babe), Albert, Percy, Harold (the late Eleanor), Kathleen Grace (the late Robert) and Eileen Tanner (Charles). A Funeral Service will be held at THE HENDREN FUNERAL HOMES, MONK CHAPEL, 6 Helen Street, Bobcaygeon on Saturday February 2, 2019 at 11:30AM with visitation to commence at 10:00AM. A reception to follow in the fellowship room of the funeral home. Memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society as expressions of sympathy.
