MARCOLIN, Liz (nee Boucher)
Passed away at Juravinski Hospital in Hamilton on Sunday, January 6, 2019 at the age of 80. Predeceased by her loving husband of 53 years John Peter Marcolin (2016). Cherished mother of Lorenzo Marcolin (partner Ema Carniero), Zee Marcolin (husband Steve Simon) and the late Ricky Marcolin (1982). Proud grandmother of Raine and Zephy. Dear sister of late Suzanne, late Remi (Colleen), Naida (Prime), Dianne (Paul), Celine (Dennis), Orise (Claver), Marielle (Bill), and Danny (Becky), and sister-in-law of Lorenzo Marcolin, Mary Santin and late Barto Marcolini. Liz will also be missed by many extended family and numerous friends.
Private Cremation has taken place. Visitation will be held at SMITH’S FUNERAL HOME, 1167 Guelph Line (one stoplight north of QEW), BURLINGTON, 905-632-3333, on Saturday, January 12, 2019 from 4-7pm. A Memorial Gathering will be held at the Guelph Line Chapel on Sunday, January 13, 2019 from 3-5pm with Tributes commencing at 4:00pm. If desired, donations in memory of Liz to the Canadian Cancer Society would be sincerely appreciated.
