Junior Foster
1933-2019
The death of Clifford “Junior” Foster of Maplehurst occurred
on Wednesday, January 30, 2019 at his home. Born October 20, 1933 in
Summerfield, NB he was the son of the late Clifford and Liddie
(Cullins) Foster. He was also predeceased by his beloved wife, Betty;
1 son, Roderick Kevin Foster; 7 siblings, Mary, Shirley, Marguerite,
Ruth, Earl, Russell and Lulua Belle.
Junior is survived by his 8 children, Andrew Kinney “like a
son” (Dianna), Gail Tibbits (Mack), Dale Foster (Marilyn),
Gaynell Lanto (Richard), Debbie Odgen (Leo), Brian Foster (Judy),
Jeffrey Foster (Lynn) and Wayne Foster (Elizabeth); 18 grandchildren,
Blair, Tanya, Julie, Ann, Vicki, Tammy, Leeroy, Marie, Evelyn, Joseph,
Dianne, Tracy, Jeffrey, Paul, Lee, William, Sieira and Shyanne as well
as many great grandchildren and great great grandchildren; 7 siblings,
Minnie Shaw, Rilla McEachern, Eska Foster, Gordon Foster, John Foster,
Moody Foster and Roy Foster as well as many nieces, nephews and
extended family.
Visitation will be held from L.R. Giberson Funeral Directors, 207
Burnham Rd. Florenceville-Bristol on Friday, February 1, 2019 from 5-9
pm. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 2, 2019 at
2:00 pm from the Holmesville Free Will Baptist Church. Rev. Toben
Steeves will officiate. The interment will be held at a later date in
the Wharton Cemetery. Donations made to the Holmesville Free Will
Baptist Church or the IWK Foundation would be appreciated.
