Gil passed away Jan. 2 2019 at Vernon Jubilee Hospital.
Gil was born March 14th, 1934 in Coderre Saskatchewan and spent most of his life working for the Federal Government as an executive. He also served in the Royal Canadian Militia as a lieutenant in the intelligence corp. for 8 years.
Gil is survived by his loving wife of 65 years, Theresa; daughters: Donna and Joanne (Randy); sons: Mike (Yvonne) and Joe; 12 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
He is predeceased by his son David (Janice).
He will truly be missed however we take comfort in knowing he is relaxing with David having a beer on the bench.
We would like to thank the staff at Carrington House and Vernon Jubilee Hospital for all of their support.
In lieu of flowers please donate to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
A memorial service will be announced at a later date.
