Peacefully at the Chartwell Elmira Long Term Care on Monday, January 29th, 2019.
Jean (Dyer) McClanahan in her 89th year, beloved wife of Bill McClanahan of Waterloo. Loved mother of Wendy Ament (Martin) of British Columbia, Wayne of Guelph, Bradley (Yvonne) of Waterloo. Also survived by her daughter-in-law Denise. Loving grandmother of Lyndsie, Alanna (David), Katherine, Madylin and great grandmother of Tayo. Dear sister of John Watson (Mary), Janet Brigham (Harry) all of Durham. Predeceased by her parents Clark and Mary (Dyer) Watson, brother Joe and son Robert.
The family will receive their friends for visitation (from 12-30-2:00 Friday) at the Graham A. Giddy Funeral Homes-Waterloo Chapel, 617 King St. N. Waterloo (across from Home Depot). Service in the Chapel on Friday, February 1st at 2:00 p.m. Reception to follow. Interment Drayton Cemetery.
