Obituary for
Gordon Bruce White
WHITE, Gordon Bruce
June 26, 1959 – January 14, 2019
Following a courageous battle against cancer, Gord passed away peacefully surrounded by family and friends at Joseph Brant Hospital at the age of 59. Beloved husband of Kelly for 35 years. Dear brother of Aprile Patterson (Shanon Clendening) and cherished uncle of Heather. Brother-in-law to Jeff Lunn (Kim). Predeceased by his parents Gordon and Nora (nee Hawkins). Gord was a dedicated member of the Burlington Fire Department, proudly serving his community for 26 years. Gord had a passion for firefighting, was an avid Saints fan and treasured his time up north and at the Ebiejay cottage. Gord touched the lives of all who knew him. His sense of humour and love of life will be greatly missed. Kelly will be eternally grateful to the “W” crew for their love and support.

Sympathies message

  1. Over 30 years ago I came on rugby tour from England and stayed with Gord and his wife and returned the next year to stay with them as well. I have been trying to find details for Gord and came across this sad news, but wondered if this was definately the Same person?
