OBITUARY
Frances Elizabeth Blackmore
June 18, 1948 – January 31, 2019
Passed away peacefully at Lisaard House surrounded by family, after a long and courageous battle with cancer.
Predeceased by her parents Mary (Byrne) and George Winsor and sister Gladys Bickford (Peter). Leaving to mourn is her loving and devoted husband, Robert Blackmore, of 48 years and siblings Dorothy (Gerald), Pierce (Alice), Eileen (Steve), Elizabeth “Liz”, George (Kit), Marilyn (Albert), Wally (Sally), Sonia (Renee), Maurice, Gary, Shawn (Allison), and Jerome (Daphne). She will be dearly missed by many friends and relatives. Many thanks and heartfelt appreciation for the compassionate care received from the staff at Cambridge Memorial Hospital, the Lisaard House as well as Dr. Sidall and staff.
In accordance with her wishes, cremation has taken place. Memorial Visitation will take place at the T. Little Funeral Home, 223 Main Street, Cambridge on Tuesday, February 5th from 7 – 9 p.m. The Memorial Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Ambrose Church, 210 South Street, Cambridge on Wednesday, February 6, 2019 at 11 a.m. followed by inurnment at Mount View Cemetery.
Donations would be gratefully appreciated to the Lisaard House or Cambridge Memorial Hospital.
