Obituary for Yung Ying Lui
Passed away peacefully on Saturday December 1, 2018 at St. Michael’s Hospital in Toronto Ontario. Loving mother of Pak Ming (Rita), Jim (Cindy), Eric (Grace), Albert (Caitlin), Robert (Rebecca), Michael (Ada), Mabel (Kenneth) and Polly. Caring grandmother of Wendy (James), Doris, Michelle, John, Wayne (Soeun), Tim (Evlyne), Vivian (Benjamin), Mitchell, Daniel, Samuel, Iris, Zachary, Jennifer (Edwin) and Anthony (Jessie). Cherished great grandmother of Patrick, Chloe, Oliva, Hannah, Ethan, Alyssa, Elliot, Emerson, Evan and Josephine. Yung Ying will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by all her relatives and friends.
Friends may pay final respect to Yung Ying on saturday December 15, 2018 at Chapel Ridge Funeral Home, 8911 Woodbine Avenue in Markham, Ontario (4 traffic lights north of Highway 7 on the east side of Woodbine). Visitation will be from 9 am – 10 am. A Christian Service will commence at 10 am to be followed by burial at Beechwood Cemetery, 7241 Jane Street in Vaughan, Ontario,
between 12:15 pm – 12:45 pm. A lunch reception will be held at Dragon Legend Buffet Restaurant, 25 Lanark Road in Markham, Ontario (1 traffic light south of Highway 7, on the west side of Woodbine) from 1:30 pm – 3:00 pm. In liue of flowers, donations to St. Michael’s Hospital Foundation in memory of the late Yung Ying Lui will be greatly appreciated by the family.
