CAMERON, Wayne Joseph
August 31, 1950 – October 26, 2018
Born August 31st 1950 in Cornwall, Ontario passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his family in Guelph, Ontario on October 26th, 2018. Loving husband of Pauline (Ouimet) Cameron and dear father of Natalie (Cameron) Ford, Thomas Ford, Stephanie Cameron, Jason McConnell, and Jesse-Wayne Cameron, Angelica (Resurreccion) Cameron. Loving grandfather “Papa” to Jordan, Fayth, Cameron and Kyle. Dear son of the late William Cameron, Margaret (Campeau) and George Summers Sr. (step-father). Also survived by brother, Larry and by five sisters, Gladys, Connie, Esther, Susan and late Patricia. Wayne will be sadly missed by several sister-in-laws, brother-in-laws and numerous nieces and nephews.
Wayne had recently retired from Maple Lodge Farms of 30 years, he was a committed employee (Millwright and Health & Safety instructor) where he will be sadly missed by many. Wayne was an “original” and enjoyed making people laugh, riding his motorcycle, fishing with family and friends.
As per Wayne’s wishes, a memorial service will be held in Green Valley, Ontario at a later date. As expressions of sympathy, donations to Kidney Cancer Canada would be appreciated by the family.
