Wanda (Matchett) Tozer, of Whitney, passed away on Wednesday, October 31, 2018, at the Miramichi Regional Hospital, at the age of 86.
Born in Newcastle, she was the daughter of the late Frank and Greta (Silliker) Matchett. She was a homemaker and a member of Boom Road Pentecostal Church.
She will be greatly missed by her husband Cyril Tozer of Whitney; two sons Frank (Lou) of Red Bank, and Ronnie (Gwen) of Whitney; five grandchildren; six great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Besides her parents, Wanda was predeceased by her two brothers Bill Matchett and Frank Matchett Jr.
The family will receive relatives and friends from Boom Road Pentecostal Church, on Sunday, November 4, 2018, from 2 to 4 pm and 7 to 9 pm.
The funeral service will be held on Monday, November 5, 2018, at 2 pm, from Boom Road Pentecostal Church, with Rev. Brody McLeod officiating.
Interment will take place in Boom Road Presbyterian Cemetery.
As expressions of sympathy, donations may be made to a memorial of one’s choice.
