On July 13, 2018, Miss Sabrina Wahsatnow of Saddle Lake, passed away at the age of 34 years. She is survived by her children, Sonni (Eden) & Casey (Talon) Wahsatnow, Emmy, Kingsley & Conroy Lapatak; special friend, Craig Lapatak (father of Emmy, Kingsley & Conroy); father of Sonni & Casey, Aaron Abraham; 1 grandchild on the way; loving mother, Erma Whitstone; siblings, Daisy (John) Large, Melina (Rocky) Quinney, Yvette Quinney, Logan (Bluebird) Quinney, John (Chastity) Cardinal, Beatrice Cardinal, Norman Cardinal, Cecile Cardinal, Patricia Cardinal, Michael (Twila) Cardinal, Melvin Cardinal & Chris Cardinal; maternal kokom, Irene Whitstone; numerous nieces, nephews, aunts & uncles. She was predeceased by her father, Raymond Cardinal; 4 brothers, Ferland Quinney, Lester Cardinal, Louis Cardinal & Casey Wahsatnow; 3 sisters, Sandra Cardinal, Valerie Cardinal & Karen Steinhauer; adopted parents, Catherine & Robbie Wahsatnow; grandparents, Norris & Isabella Cardinal. A Wake will be held on Saturday (leaving Grace Gardens at 2:00 p.m.), July 21 at Norman C. Quinney Careers Centre, Frog Lake & Sunday (leaving at 11:00 a.m.), July 22 at Ayiwakes Cultural Centre, Saddle Lake. Funeral Service will be held on Monday, July 23 at 11:00 a.m. at Ayiwakes Cultural Centre, Saddle Lake. Mr. Will Gill will be officiating, with interment in United Church Cemetery, Saddle Lake.
