Obituary for Thomas Bernard MacIntyre
It is with profound sadness we announce the passing of Thomas Bernard MacIntyre, age 82, beloved father, brother, uncle, and friend, on Monday, December 24, 2018 in Toronto. Thomas passed away peacefully with his three children in prayer. Born in Bridgeport, Cape Breton on November 4, 1936, he is the first child of his father Thomas MacIntyre and his second wife, Mary (Woods). Thomas is survived by this wife, Theresa MacIntyre, son, Blaise MacIntyre (Eastern Passage, Nova Scotia), daughters, Heather (Thomas) Koziol, and Gayle (Scott) Ricketts both of Toronto, grand children, Lucas, Isla, and Calum; his brothers and sisters, Marguerite, Peter, Malcom, Frances Ann, and Joseph Allan, predeceased by his siblings, Thomas, Fabian, James, Claire, Catherine, Daniel, and Irene. Visitation for Thomas will be held from 2 – 4 and 7 – 9 pm on Sunday, December 30, 2018 in the G.H. Hogle Funeral Home, 63 Mimico Ave., Etobicoke, Ontario, M8V 1R2. Funeral Mass to be celebrated at St. Leo’s Roman Catholic Church, 277 Royal York Road, Toronto, Ontario, Monday, December 31, 2018 at 10am. Burial at Glendale, Cemetery, 1810 Albion Road, Etobicoke, Ontario, M9W 5T1.
