Obituary for Thérèse Gaudet (Levac)
Peacefully at home surrounded by her family on Wednesday, April 4, 2018. Thérèse Marie Lucille Gaudet (nee Levac) of Apple Hill; age 81 years. Beloved wife of Adolphe Gaudet. Loving mother of Georges Gaudet (Angela) of Finch, Myriam Gaudet of Cornwall, Michel Gaudet (Eileen) of Petawawa, Matilde of St. Isidore, Monique Gaudet (Delsie) of Apple Hill, Martin Gaudet (Rev. Lois) of Bainsville, and Paul-Emile of Ottawa. Dear sister of Cécile Michaud (Raymond) of Long Sault, Donat Levac (Ginette) of Arkansas, Jacques Levac (Donna) and George Levac (Cathy) both of Strathmore, Mary-Ann Campeau (Wayne) of Prescott, and Gabriel Levac (Barbara) of Smiths Falls. Dear daughter of the late Donat and Alda Levac (nee Lavictoire). Also survived by 15 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren. Relatives and friends may call at the Munro & Morris Funeral Homes Ltd., 114 Main St. South, Alexandria (613-525-2772) on Friday, April 6, 2018 from 2-4 pm and 7-9 pm and on Saturday from 2 pm -3:30 pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Anthony’s Catholic Church, Apple Hill on Saturday, April 7, 2018 at 4 pm. Spring Interment Parish Cemetery. To honour the memory of Thérèse, the family asks that you give of yourself by doing an act of kindness towards others. As a Memorial to Thérèse a tree will be planted in a Memory Woods.
