MARION, Simone (née Leduc) – Peacefully at the Glen Stor Dun Lodge on Friday, March 16, 2018 at the age of 98 years. Beloved wife of the late Conrad Marion. Loving mother of Huguette Gauthier (Jean Guy), Richard (Viviane), Diane Loiselle (Donald) and Carole Duplessis (Serge). Cherished grandmother of Daniel Gauthier (Dianne), Pierre Gauthier (Lynne), Sylvie Bowman (Fred), Patrick Marion (Chantal), Brigitte Marion (Mike), Stéphane Loiselle (Cindy), Sophie Cayers (Phillipe), Marie-Eve and Martine Duplessis. Great-grandmother of seventeen great-grandchildren. Loving sister of Henri and Maurice Leduc, Rachel Haines, Rhéa Dazé and Rejeanne Leclair. Predeceased by her parents, Emilien and Aldéa (née Moquin) Leduc, by one grandson Mario Loiselle, one great-grandson Joel Gauthier, by her brother Albert and sisters Madeleine Brossoit, Pauline Leduc, Irene Belisle, Noella Cardinal and Laurette Legault.
Resting at LAHAIE & SULLIVAN CORNWALL FUNERAL HOMES, East Branch, 614 First Street East (613-933-2841) on Saturday, March 24, 2018 from 9 am until 11:30 am. Funeral Saturday in Saint-Félix-de-Valois Church for Mass of Christian Funeral at 11:30 am.
