OBITUARY
Sergio Radoicovich
June 13, 1934 – July 12, 2018
Suddenly passed away at home in his 85th year. Son of the late Rodolfo and Onorina Radoicovich. Brother of Aldo (Ester) and Rita Perri (Vince). Beloved uncle of Dino (Julie), Vincent, Claudio (Renee), Alessandro (Sara-Beth) and Daniela. He was a great-uncle to many nieces and nephews.
Sergio deeply loved his family, especially his nieces and nephews who he treated like his own children. He took great pride in seeing his great nieces and nephews at family gatherings always complimenting on how beautifully they were growing up. Sergio thoroughly enjoyed his daily walks along the beach and through the downtown core. He was an avid reader of history and visited the library frequently to fulfill his passion.
Sergio will be remembered for his impromptu history lessons, his humming and his fondness for old catch phrases. We are sure that as he walks through St. Peter’s Gates, he will be smiling and saying “Hello Everybody” as he asks for his “1 beer please.” Visitation at MARKEY-DERMODY FUNERAL HOME, 1774 King Street East (at Kenilworth) on Monday, July 16, 2018 from 11 am until the time of Funeral Service at 1 pm. Entombment Our Lady of Victory Mausoleum, Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
