Obituary of Scott Sharron
Passed away on November 16, 2018, Scott Thomas Sharron, at the Dr. Hugh Twomey Health Care Center, Botwood. He was 80 years of age. Scott was born on March 19,1938 in Pt. Leamington, NL. He was the son of Gladys and Robert Sharron. At the age of 12, his family moved to Botwood. It was here in Botwood he met and fell in love with Evelyn Alice Gill. They were married on July 31, 1958. They were blessed with four boys. Scott always found joy when he was surrounded by his family, whom he dearly loved, his boys, nine grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. He was a man with much integrity in both his personal and professional life. In 1998 with a strong back, hope and perseverance Scott and Evelyn started their own company, “Sharron’s Sales and Service”. His incite for business made it prosper. Scott retired in 2010. He loved to camp, have a good laugh, and have a cup of tea with friends. Scott always had a mighty presence whenever he walked in a room. He loved life to the fullest. Through all the challenges and joys he was the proud matriarch of the Sharrons.
Scott leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories his wife Evelyn, his children Paul (Carolyn), Craig (Mary), Kerry (Kimberley), Mike (Sherry), grandchildren Stephen, Matthew, Mark, Kerry Blair, Camillia, Kassandra, Tyra, Kyle, Brock, great-grandchildren Gracie, Jaxon, Mason, Benjamin, Kinsley, Avery, Henry, Norah; sisters Audrey (Herb), Mildred. Scott was predeceased by his parents Robert and Gladys Sharron; brothers Ronald and Harvey Sharron; sister-in-law Ruby; brother-in-law Gordon and a large circle of other relatives and friends. Pastors Moral Bess and Edwin White will conduct the funeral service from Jubilee Pentecostal Temple, on Tuesday at 1 P.M. Interment to follow at the Pentecost cemetery, Botwood. Funeral arrangements entrusted to Hoskins Funeral Home, Botwood. Pallbearers will be sons Paul, Kerry and Mike Sharron, grandsons Stephen and Kerry Blair Sharron, Mark Bailey.
