Until We Meet Again
DIPINTO, Samuel. It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of Sam on Monday December 10th, 2018 at the age of 88. Sam will be dearly missed by his wife of 70 years, Ada. Dad will be forever in the hearts of his children Carolyn (Mal), Rick (Amanda), Dolores (Steve), Annette (Jim) and Sabrina (Barry). Nono’s legacy will live on in the hearts of his grandchildren Paul (Jan), Trevor (Nikki), Venessa (Kyle), Denver, Carling and 5 great grandchildren. Survived by his younger brother Albert. Predeceased by siblings Gino, Mimi, Mario, Gus, Edie, Rosie and Mary. Family and friends are invited to PLEASANTVIEW FUNERAL HOME, Sunday December 16th, 2018 where visitation will take place from 3:30 pm – 4:30 pm. A funeral service will be held in the funeral home chapel at 4:30 pm. In keeping with Sam’s wishes, cremation will take place following the service. He was a 50 year member of the OGSA, CGSA and Western OGSA. As a well-respected golf course superintendent for over 35 years, Sam took great pride in his work. As an expression of sympathy, donations to the Alzheimer’s Society or the charity of one’s choice would be greatly appreciated by the family.
