We are deeply saddened to announce that Sandra passed peacefully June 5, 2018 surrounded by family. Sandra was born September 6, 1942 in Regina to Bernice and Robert Brooks. To Sandra family was everything. She is survived by her 10 children Lorna (Kevin), Murray (Kim), Doyle (Michelle), Darryl (Jodie), Ted, Sandy (Chadwick), Laura (Darrell), Loretta (Joel), Dale (Kim), Leanne (Mike), her grandchildren Tamara & Kyle, Nicole & Desiree, Ryan & Mathew, Shane & Jane, Cody, Owen & Dylan, Carlie, Halie & Tanner, Colten & Lacie, Kevin & Tyson, Paige, great grandchildren Grayson, Zayden, Elise, Arlen & Nixon and the father of her children Leo Bachynski. Sandra was loved by her 12 siblings Howard, Bernice (Sis), Norman, Marj (Sigan), Arlene (Tiny), Bonnie, Danny, Audrey, Loretta, Darlene (Punky), Lyle & George and her numerous neices and nephews. Mom always had a special place in her heart for Punky & Lyle who saved her life in 1964 when she was struck by lightning. Mom was proud of her war heroes; her dad Robert and brother Howard. Mom loved sports, especially the Riders. She never missed a game! At Sandra’s request there will be no service; a celebration of life to be held at a later date, donations in her memory can be made to Children’s Wish Foundation as her love for children is eternal.
