Ruth “nee Gough” McIntyre
Passed away peacefully with her family by her side on December 24th, 2018, at the age of 76. Beloved wife of the late Edison “Eddie” McIntyre (2007). Loving mother of Patrick (Valerie) Rock of Vancouver, B.C., Dan Rock, Greg (Kimberly) Rock of Port Colborne. Cherished Grandmother of Laryssa, Brendan, Logan, Mitchel, and Danielle. Dear daughter of the late George (1970) & Genny (2006) Gough. Treasured sister of Joan (late Jack) Todd, Shirley (late Ron) Charles and Michael (Joanne) Gough of Aurora. Sister-in-law of Dougald (late Fran) McIntyre of Tucson, AZ., and Glenn (Helen) McIntyre of Lambton Shores. She will be missed by her extended family and dear friends. Ruth was a retired Social Worker with the Family Counseling Centre in Sarnia and the North Lambton Community Centre in Forest. If you desire, donations to the Hospice of Windsor would be appreciated by the family. Visitation Thursday Dec 27th, 2018, from 6-9 p.m. Funeral Service, Dec 28th 2018, at 10 a.m. at FAMILIES FIRST, 1065 Lauzon Rd., East Windsor, 519-969-5841. Followed by the burial at Ravenswood Cemetery, in Forest, ON at 3 p.m.
