In Loving Memory of
Rudy Kelln passed away peacefully on Saturday, May 26, 2018 at the age of 91 in Palliative Care in Regina.
He leaves to mourn his daughter Sandra Owen (Blair); his granddaughter Trisha Silbernagel (Jon) and great-grandsons Reed and Cole; grandson Donovan Owen (Quinn) and great-grandson Gavin.
Dad was born November 18, 1926 in Duval to Jacob and Amelia Kelln and was the tenth child of fourteen.
He left home at an early age and began working with South Construction. In the early years he was on the road but later became shop foreman working in Regina.
He married Anne Stolar in 1956 and resided in Regina the rest of his life. After retiring in 1988 he was able to spend more time on the golf course (at times over 100 games a year) and at the curling rink. The last couple of years when unable to golf and curl he enjoyed playing cards and watching the Blue Jays and Maple Leafs.
Dad was predeceased by his wife Anne in 1988; parents Jacob and Amelia; siblings Eddy, George, Joseph, Lawrence, Bill, John, Alma, Evelyn, Lydia and Elsie. He is survived by his siblings Carrie, Wally, and Ted; along with many nieces and nephews. He also enjoyed many years of companionship with his special friend Jean.
Dad/Grandpa, may all your golf games be filled with pars, birdies and hole in ones, your curling games be full of eight enders, and watch the Blue Jays hit home runs and the Maple Leafs win the Stanley Cup.
