On October 8, 2018, 2018, at the Cornwall Community Hospital at the age of 93. Formerly from Franklin Center Quebec, son of the late John Goldie and Elsie Waller, he leaves to mourn his sister, Helen Blair, and nephews and nieces – Jim and Wayne (Allie) Goldie, Stephen (Edith) Blair, Paula (Yvan) Tremblay, Connie Goldie, Karen (Keith) Woodworth, and John (Val) Goldie as well as several grand nieces and nephews and great grand nieces and nephews.
