MARKS, Rod (1960 – 2018) – With heartfelt sadness we announce the passing of Rod Marks of West Kelowna on October 24th,2018. He died peacefully and quickly with Judi, Ray and Maureen by his side. He is predeceased by his parents, Jim and Louise. He is survived by his brother, Ray (Maureen); sister, Judi; nieces, Nicole, Stephanie, Chantelle & Sara; nephews, Jake, Michael & Landon and many more extended family. He suffered for so long without so much of a complaint and would always lend a hand to anyone who needed it. He was a talented carpenter and he shared his love of music with many throughout his life. He would play his harmonica’s with skill and ease. That blues sound seemed to fill his soul. We will miss his sense of humour, his words of wisdom and his caring, loving, gentle ways. His faith grew the last while and even though he was only 58 years old, he was ready to be free of his pain and at peace in heaven. Thank you to the caring nurses and doctors in the ICU of Kelowna General Hospital.
