With heavy hearts we announce that Richard passed away while surrounded by loved ones just after midnight on Tuesday, May 15th, 2018. He was 73. Beloved husband for over 53 years of Joyce (nee Potvin). Dearly loved father of Jeff Quintal (Sue Payant) of Perkins, Quebec and Dawn Findlay (Darren) of Russell. Cherished and proud “Gramps” of 4 grandchildren: Allysha, Jordan, Darcy and Derrick and one great-grandson, Mani. Dear brother of Gerry (Kathy), Andy (Rita), Carole Tessier, Joyce Quintal and Jeanne Jones (Peter). Fondly remembered by many loving brothers and sisters-in-law. He was their brother from another mother. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are invited to pay their respects during visitation at the Pilon Family Funeral Home and Chapel Ltd., 50 John Street North, Arnprior on Friday, May 18th from 9:30 to 10:45. A Tribute to Richard will follow in the Pilon Family Chapel at 11 o’clock. In memory of Richard, please consider a donation to the Canadian Lung Association.
