Remembering Richard
SUMBLER, Richard – It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Richard on December 7, 2018 at the Port Colborne Hospital in his 76th year. Richard leaves behind many family members including his siblings, Pat (Peter) Holiko, Barb Poirier, Lillian Moody, Charles (Lucy) Sumbler, Bernard (Irene) Sumbler, Irene Sumbler, and nieces and nephews, Tammy (Joe) Holiko, Jason Poirier, Shaun Poirier and Lauren Gignac. Predeceased by his parents Leslie and Florence, brothers Leslie and Gerald, brother in-law John, and nephew Joey Holiko. The family would like to thank the Juravinski Cancer Centre and the Port Colborne Hospital for the care and compassion they provided. The family invites relatives and friends to PLEASANTVIEW FUNERAL HOME (2000 Merrittville Hwy, Thorold) on Wednesday December 12, 2018 from 6:00 – 8:00p.m. Cremation is to follow. Memorial donations may be made to Juravinski Cancer Centre or Niagara Health Foundation – Port Colborne Site. Memories and condolences may be made online at www.pleasantviewcemetery.ca.
