77 years
Tuesday, June 26th, 2018 at Health Sciences North, Sudbury.
Beloved husband of Lanny (Landers) Borton-Moxam, predeceased 2008. Loving father of Leila Zazulak (Tom), Tim (Donna) (Cindy predeceased), James (Sue), Darcy (Tracey), Kimberly (predeceased) and John Borton (Dawn). Cherished grandfather of Andrew, Joel, Travis, Matthew, Justin, Kieran, Kayleigh, Jaden (predeceased), Cristal and great grandchildren Morgan, Deseray, Mercedes, Tiarra, Trayden, Nathan, Charlotte and Patrick. Dear son of late Herbert Melvin and Dorothy Louise (nee Terwilliger) Moxam. Dear brother of Millie Melin (Raymond predeceased), Helen Gauthier (Beltram) both predeceased and Oliver (Natalie) both predeceased. Sadly missed by many nieces and nephews. Special friend to Patricia Proctor-Quast. Richard loved gardening and the outdoors, especially fishing and hunting and he enjoyed all the time spent at his camp. The family would like to thank the City of Lakes Family Health Team, especially Dr. Levasseur and Dr. Duncan and the staff on the Fifth Floor South Tower, especially Shane and Lucas.
A celebration of Richard’s life will be held at
Lougheed Funeral Home
252 Regent St., at Hazel St.
Saturday, June 30th, 2018 at 1pm.
Cremation with interment in the family plot at the Waters Cemetery.
(Friends may gather after 12noon Saturday).
In lieu of flowers donations to Nephrology HSN would be appreciated.
