Mom was a cook her whole like starting at the General Hospital and finishing at the Walford with various places in between. Mom was so loved by all her customers but was most proud of the joy she brought to her residents at the Walford. She was always so kind and gracious and had a heart of gold but most of all she was an amazing cook. She loved fishing, camping at Gogama, golfing with her family, blueberry picking and travelling, particularly, the helicopter ride on her 65th birthday. She could hit a golf ball putting us to shame a lot of the time. We will miss her favourites like carrot cake, Chinese food and raisin pies but most of all we will miss her.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Lung Association would be appreciated.
