Obituary of Paul Lawrence Theriault
It is with sadness, that we announce the passing of Paul Lawrence Theriault of Arichat, that occurred at his residence in St. Anne Centre in Arichat on June 24, 2018. Born on April 17, 1938 in Arichat, he was the son of the late Alexander Peter and Delvina Marie (Fougere) Theriault. Paul grew up in Arichat and was a farmer. He was a former employee of the Richmond District School Board and the Strait Area District School Board as a school bus driver.. Paul was a member of C.U.P.E Local 955 and also the Isle Madame Boat Club. He thouroughly enjoyed sailing with his wife and many friends. Paul will be sadly missed by his loving wife Ann Marie (Boudreau) Theriault of 55 years; daughters, Annette Benoit (Mitch), Arichat, Claudette Bretzer (Barry) Unity Sask; sons, Jean Paul (Patti), Iron River, Alb., Robert (Joy), Arichat; grandchildren, Kasy, Keith, Dion, Lexie, Emma, Erika, Mia, Lara and Sonja; brother Ralph (Geraldine), Arichat; sister Priscilla Kennedy, Dartmouth. Besides his parents, Paul was predeceased by sisters, Delima and Lavina; brothers, Francis, Lubin, Alfred, Leon and Clem. There will be no visitation per request. Memorial Service and Committal will be held at a later date. Memorial donations can be made to St. Ann Centre in Arichat or to the Strait Richmond Hospital Foundation.
