Paul Primeau
March 5, 1930 – March 31, 2018
It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of a loving father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother and dear friend. Mr. Joseph Paul John Andrew Primeau passed away at Whitecourt Health Centre on Saturday, March 31, 2018 at the age of 88 years. He will forever be lovingly remembered by his children, Julie Tinant; Larry (Sandy) Primeau, Sandra (Jim) Rowbotham and Tammy Primeau (Chauncey Sneddon); 9 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; siblings, Art, Richard, Freddy, Lucille and Marie, and their families, as well as by numerous extended family and many wonderful friends. Paul was predeceased by his loving wife of nearly 63 years, Gibby; granddaughter, Vicki-Lynn; parents, Margeurite and Leonide Primeau, and eight siblings. In honour of Paul, his life will be celebrated from the Parish Hall of St. Joseph’s Catholic Church, 5540 Mink Creek Road, Whitecourt, Alberta on Thursday, April 12, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. For those who wish to do so, memorial contributions in Paul’s name may be made directly to Friends of Whitecourt Society, Box 1101, Whitecourt, Alberta T7S 1P1.
